Truly an expert in construction issues

I have to be involved with a group neighbor’s retaining wall project due to a work order from the city. None of the neighbor members involved are experts in retaining wall construction. The lawyer representing the group of neighbors had prepared the contract but the content of the contract did not clearly reflect the neighbors’ mutual verbal agreement and understanding despite the fact I kept insisting the contract wording was wrong. I was in a rush to look for a lawyer for independent legal advice. After numerous phone calls to look for a lawyer to review the contract. I was fortunate to have Mr. Fridmar review the contract and make corrections to the contract. Mr. Fridmar patiently listened to the issues and quickly came up with corrections to the contract to properly reflect the neighbor’s verbal agreement and understanding.
